Already on voip, pinching pennies prob not too realistic but maybe poke @ the features he has set up and then inform additional features he COULD implement once with us for the SAME price. -- i.e. there's no AA right now. Feel making a local LS business appear bigger/more professional over the phone is more beneficial than personal touch in this industry.
The idea of more for the same price may make this guy play ball.
