Told her similar to her iPhone... once an office suite misses updates back to back.. instead of things like apps crashing you'll start to experience dropped calls, vm issues, static on the lines etc. anything like that on your end as of yet? "oh no no but thats not good so what do we do"

Also asked briefly about rate hikes.. said she hadnt noticed anything so i assumed her billing was set to autopay, was right, told her to have a look bc we've also been working with a ton of clients who's yada yada yada...
